Technical Committee

The Technical Committee membership primarily consists of the technical staffs of the local governmental agencies.  Transportation projects that are considered by the Policy Committee typically begin at the Technical Committee level.  The KATS Technical Committee makes recommendations to the Policy Committee for action.
