Proposed Projects
The Kalamazoo Area Transportation Study is working with the cities of Portage, Kalamazoo and Parchment, the Kalamazoo County Road Commission, and the Michigan Department of Transportation to identify future road improvement projects within Kalamazoo County for years 2011 through 2014. The below list includes proposed projects with federal and non-federal road funding. If you would like to comment on any of the proposed project, please click here. Comments accepted through March 15, 2010.
Federal Aid and Local Projects Project List (pdf file)
Final approval of the projects will take place in June, 2010. A public hearing on the proposed projects will be held May 26, 2010. More information on the date of the Policy Committee meeting to be announced soon.
