Fiscal Year 2027 Draft Unified Planning Work Program
The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is annual document identifying planning priorities and activities to be carried out within the KATS metropolitan planning area. The Fiscal Year 2027 UPWP Draft is now available for public comment through 4/28/2026. Comments may be submitted to KATS email at erumick@katsmpo.org.
