No questions have been asked which change the scope of this project.Q: Can you speak to whether this specification will require expansion for future growth of your organization?A:  It is not necessary to include a provision to expand the phone system.  Our staff levels have either been at current levels or lower.Q: There is also a reference to your NT 4.9 server.  You are likely aware that this version of the Microsoft operating system is well out of support.  Would the organization be considering a replacement for this system?A: Our funding and budget have been approved specifically for a new phone and communication system.  So, additional solutions would be considered outside the scope of this RFP.
